TwistR operates an asset-light, independent marketplace for short-form (e.g., 1-minute to 90-second) episodic mobile drama series.

Submission of your data does not guarantee selection, platform membership, or a commercial contract with TwistR. Early onboarding slots are limited and distributed at the sole discretion of the TwistR editorial team.

2. Accuracy of Submitted Information

By filling out our interest form, you explicitly covenant and guarantee that:

• All information provided—including your full name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, primary language, location, and social media/portfolio metrics—is true, complete, and under your legal identity.
• Any links to external portfolios, showreels, or short films point to creative work that you have directly authored, directed, or own the explicit rights to represent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

• Your Content & Ideas: TwistR fiercely protects independent artists. Any logline, concept description, script status, or background portfolio clips shared through this registration portal remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property. Your submission does not transfer any copyright, direct license, or ownership rights over unreleased media to TwistR.
• TwistR Platform Assets: All branding assets, logos, typography, visual layouts, text copy, graphic banners, and technological infrastructure present on twistr.in are the exclusive property of TwistR and are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Electronic Communication Consent

By clicking "Reserve My Spot" or submitting your information, you grant TwistR explicit permission to connect with you directly using the contact methods you provided. This includes automated transactional confirmation emails, strategic updates regarding the platform, and personal invites to private creator huddles or preview events via email, voice call, or WhatsApp.
