Miley Cyrus’ Tattoo

Posted on 08 Dec 2009 at 5:30pm

She JUST turned 17 and she already has her first tat! It says “Just Breathe” and it’s apparently for her friend who died of cystic fibrosis in 2007. Still, she’s barely 17!

From posing topless for Vanity Fair to indulging in a steamy kiss on-screen, Miley Cyrus appears to be desperate to leave the squeaky-clean Hannah Montana behind.

And judging from these latest pictures, her desire to shake off her fictional alter-ego couldn’t be more obvious as she strutted around a Florida hotel yesterday in a teeny bikini while showing off a recently-inked tattoo.

The 17-year-old singer was snapped enjoying a relaxing day with friends at the Fontainebleau Resort on Miami Beach as she lay by the pool having wrapped up her Wonder World world tour the night before.

But it wasn’t the skimpy neon pink two-piece that attracted all the attention, but what appeared to be the words ‘Just Breathe’ tattooed in black ink on her ribcage just under her left breast.

She also appeared to be describing the design to her friend after she was snapped gesturing at it with her hands.

In theory, Miley is not legally allowed to have a tattoo as she is under 18, which is the legal age to be inked in the US.

However, after her brother Trace recently revealed that all the Cyrus family were planning to get matching ones, Miley may have been given permission to get one from her country singer father Billy Ray.

One fan’s blog this morning suggested that she got the tattoo in memory of a nine-year-old girl called Vanessa who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2007.

Cyrus met Vanessa at a Los Angeles hospital and instantly connected with her, describing her as one of her best friends.

There was no word from Miley’s agent today to confirm whether the tattoo was a permanent or temporary one.

Miley was photographed later that afternoon leaving the resort wearing a Jonas Brothers t-shirt in homage to her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

She is currently dating Australian actor and former Neighbours star Liam Hemsworth, 19, who she met while filming the Disney movie The Last Song.

But she dated 17-year-old Jonas, the youngest of the musical sibling trio and believed to be her first love, from June 2006 to December 2007.

Gun Tattoos

Posted on 16 Sep 2009 at 10:34am

Gun tattoos are often seen as a tough symbol. They tend to be symbol of strength and the security a person feels knowing that they are protected. Although this design is favored by men, many women also feel that this rugged symbol applies to the strong, unyielding nature of their own personality.

Tattoos also tells you what kind of person you are?

What Your Tattoo’s Says About You?

Posted on 10 Sep 2009 at 7:18pm

Tattoos are reverse time machines: with time travel you can send a warning back to your younger self, with tattoos you send a mistake forward to your older self.

Just The Facts

  1. Tattoos theoretically could be thoughtful additions to your appearance. Unfortunately there are thousands of tattoo parlors (many open 24 hours) and people just don’t have that many thoughts. So most are stupid.
  2. Tattoos are permanent. Your motivation/blood–alcohol level is not.
  3. Tattoos are now as edgy as a padded watermelon.

Who gets tattoos?

Tattoos are an excellent way to turn a single drunken decision into a lifetime of disfigurement and regret, which normally requires a car.  Tattoos are associated with criminal gangs, the armed forces, and whiny white teenagers desperate for attention.  Attempts to get all three to attend a common “Tattoo Conference” have unfortunately failed.

What Your Tattoo Says About You

Before you get a tattoo

There are some important questions to ask before getting a tattoo:

  • Have I wanted this for more than five minutes?
  • Am I, at this particular instant in sidereal time, drunk off my face?
  • Do the tattoo artist’s past works resemble an art class for crash-helmet testers?
  • I meet the love of my life.  I romance them for months, reaching a point where we can communicate our very deepest emotions and feel that we almost share souls (awwww).  At this point, can I see myself naked and explaining this tattoo?

Mario and Luigi Tattoos on My Feet!

Posted on 13 Aug 2009 at 3:45pm

The Super Mario Brothers, Mario and Luigi, are a brotherly pair that a dominating population (including me) of the world is obsessed with, and this user called SimonMarcus has taken his obsession to an all new level by tattooing his feet with the Mario brothers. Like the weird Pacman tattoo that has been painted on one’s butt, this tattoo’s place is no less than weird. I mean tattooing your hands is alright, but feet !? It is one such place that no one even cares to look at!

The Mario brothers have been painted to downright details, which includes even the creases on their rompers. Mario, who painted on the right foot, is depicted to be short and plump whereas, Luigi, painted on the other foot, is shown to be tall and thin, both of which are unlike the twin characters shown in the game, and yet, they have a sense of creativity and at the same time, have retained the originality that the time pass game portrayed. I guess it would have been quite painful to tattoo it, and the user must have some real balls to give the nod to go ahead with the idea of such a weird act. I just hope that the healing takes place properly and the drawing is not messed up in the act.
