This new pho­to­shoot from upcom­ing Por­tuguese model Sofia Hilario is caus­ing a stir in my shorts and I’m think­ing I’d split her in two if given half a chance.

She shot to fame in her home­land last year after win­ning Miss FHM Por­tu­gal 2008.

Since then Sofia’s gone from good to bet­ter and look­ing hot­ter with every new shoot as you’ll see in her lat­est set of pics in the gallery below.

Here are some recent pic­tures of model Kelly Brook from a pho­to­shoot in Lon­don. As is usual for this hot 29 year old, Kelly looks great! But the thing is, she does not really show a whole lot. We all love the Kelly Brook bikini pho­tos we get to see from time to time, but that’s  because we get to see a bunch of good stuff when Kelly squeezes that curvy body of hers into a bikini. Although these pics are much more con­ser­v­a­tive, I can’t help but think Kelly Brook is stun­ning. But that’s a beau­ti­ful woman for you—she looks good in any­thing, every­thing, or nothing!

Rachel McAdams is nor­mally a very classy, sophis­ti­cated gor­geous look­ing girl, but what the frickin’ deuce is going on here on the Octo­ber 2009 Marie Claire Aus­tralian cover? Holy cripes. Home girl looks like she is fifty years old ready to get her hair set for an Ogilvie permanent.

Per­haps her lat­est flick “The Time Traveler’s Wife” has some­thing to do with her sud­den “aged” look? We’ll for­give her just this once for this hor­rid cover. Ok? Thanks. At any rate, home girl has her mind set in the right places. And what bet­ter way to start than expe­ri­enc­ing life  in fab­u­lous Australia.

The Cana­dian born and bred actress says, “I’d actu­ally had quite a dis­con­nect with the planet grow­ing up. I’d go to the beach and I’d be all bun­dled up, and I’d have a turtle­neck top on and a sweater, and I’d sit there and read my book and kind of scowl.”

After her pleas­ant time in Aus­tralia, McAdams was influ­enced by her trip and started an envi­ron­men­tal web­site called “Green Is Sexy”, along with two of her friends.

So what exactly does Green Is Sexy do? Accord­ing to a source, “Green Is Sexy offers tips to make an impact on the envi­ron­ment through small lifestyle changes, such as turn­ing off the tap when you’re brush­ing your teeth.”

About her site McAdams says, “It’s…not to have ‘green guilt’ nec­es­sar­ily. Just do what you can do and what you’re com­fort­able with.”

Ash­lee Simp­son, Ash­lee Wentz, or what­ever it is she’s going by now days was dead to me until I saw these lat­est pho­tos of the one time singer. Ash looked pretty good in this red and white tiger pat­terned dress while attend­ing the ”Mel­rose Place” launch party in Los Ange­les. Ash­lee Simp­son def­i­nitely improved her look when she got that nose job, but she lost all of my new­found hope when she mar­ried that putz, Pete Wentz. I wouldn’t give Ash­lee the time of day, but she does kind of remind me of a good look­ing candy cane. Candy canes are made of sugar.

Cuba, known for its abun­dance of vin­tage Amer­i­can auto­mo­biles, base­ball play­ers and Buena Vista Social Clubs, has found itself in the mid­dle of full-blown Cuban Toi­let Paper Crisis.

The state-run com­pany that man­u­fac­tures the country’s T.P. sup­ply, Cimex, said they are cur­rently unable to pro­duce or import enough raw mate­ri­als to make more toi­let paper until at least Decem­ber. “The cor­po­ra­tion has taken all the steps so that at the end of the year there will be an impor­tant impor­ta­tion of toi­let paper,” said a Cimex spokesperson.

Mean­while, Pres­i­dent Raul Cas­tro announced bud­get cuts last week that slashed imports by 20 per­cent. That, com­bined with the raw mate­ri­als short­age, has led to the rapid dis­ap­pear­ance of toi­let paper from store shelves.

Until more sup­plies are pro­duced, cit­i­zens are encour­aged to con­serve toi­let paper by tear­ing off fewer squares, switch­ing from two-ply to one-ply or using cigar wrappers.

This com­mer­cial inspired a Face­book group called “I am scared of the girl in the Apo­liva com­mer­cial” in Swe­den which now has over 100,000 mem­bers. I just watched the com­mer­cial and came to this con­clu­sion: The Swedes are right. (via Wally Champ)
