Heather Gra­ham is enjoy­ing a break after trav­el­ing the world to pro­mote The Hang­over, and she relaxed by the ocean yes­ter­day near Barcelona with her boyfriend, Yaniv Raz. He was on her arm ear­lier this year at a for­mal inau­gural ball, though this time both Yaniv and Heather looked casual in their swim­suits. Unfor­tu­nately they broke out their beach bod­ies too late to qual­ify for our bikini or shirt­less brack­ets — make sure to vote on the guys now —  but she’s look­ing like a shoo-in for next Summer’s matchups.
